Why We Do This...

All of the supports we provide are focused on the needs of each individual. We believe that every person with developmental disability has the right to live their lives with dignity and respect. Our approach is, a team effort, working closely with everyone in the individual's life to provide the highest quality of life.
Who We Do It For...
Individuals in Kentucky who have been diagnosed with a Developmental Disability.
This includes, but is not limited to: hearing, speech, language or visual impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Autism, Specific Learning Disabilities, and other health impairments who qualify under the Supports for Community Living or Michelle P. Waiver program.

We believe in a restraint-free environment where the use of mechanical restraints, seclusion, manual restraints including any manner of prone or supine restrain or chemical restraint shall be prohibited.

We believe that each person has the right to receive services that address what is important to and important for the participant.

We believe that every participant should be safe, healthy and respected in their community.

We believe that every participant should live in their community with effective, individualized assistance and enjoy living and working in that community.

We believe that every participant had the right to satisfactory outcomes which lead to relationships, dignity, choice, real contribution and inclusion in community life.
